Placing an order

By placing an order with Total Watches you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and conditions, and it is your own responsibility to ensure that you are fully aware of these.

Governed by the English law, these Terms and Conditions provide information about us and constitute the legal terms and conditions on which we sell of any goods listed on our website. By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.

Although we are happy to consider orders from outside the UK, our website and Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under the UK law. Therefore, we give no warranty, express or imply that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations.

When placing an order it is your responsibility to check all information provided is correct at the checkout stage before completing your order. Due to the fast paced industry of the business all in stock items are dispatched within 24 hours and once dispatched no alterations can be made to your order. Once an order is dispatched you will be notified by email.

A contract between Total Watches and the customer for sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.

Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. If we are unable to supply you with the goods due to availability we will notify you by email and will not process you order. On the occasion you have already paid for the goods, a refund will be issued as soon as possible.

Your Right To Cancel

You have the right to cancel an order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch and any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

If however your order has already been processed, you will need to return the order to us. It is only once the item is received back by us that then we can issue a refund.

All bespoke items once ordered cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Return Or Exchange An Item

Our returns policy allows you to return any unwanted goods back to us within 14 days of receipt providing the item(s) are their original condition. We will issue a refund on receipt or exchange the item for a different model/colour if preferred. This Excludes custom made orders which are non-returnable unless faulty (for example a request of a watch we do not stock).

To assist us and ensure a speedy refund or exchange - please complete the form provided here and enclose with your returned item.

Please note:

    • Once you have received your order please ensure the item is correct and in perfect condition and notify us straight away if there is a problem. • You MUST contact us in writing within 7 days of receipt if you have received a faulty item • For your own protection, when returning an item we recommend you use a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods, Total Watches will not be liable for any loss, stolen or damaged goods whilst on transit to us • If returning a product from OUTSIDE the EU please ensure you DO NOT USE COURIER SERVICES as excessive clearance fees will be issued. On this occasion we will either charge the fees back to you or refuse delivery. The value on the parcel must be listed as “ZERO” and you must clearly write “RETURNED GOODS” on both the customs form and the parcel itself. We cannot accept parcels that incur duty charges. • Unless the item is faulty or incorrect Total Watches do not refund the postage cost • Please send all returns to Shade Group, PO Box 622, Bury, BL8 9NY

Faulty Item

All products are received by us straight from the manufacturer, these products are checked and verified at the dispatch stage. However, in the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, please contact Returns within 7 days of receipt on 0844 848 7878 where a member of our returns team will advise on how to proceed with the return. You will need to provide us with the following information – your order number, your name and address, details of the product, what is at fault and whether you would like a refund or replacement.

I Received The Wrong Item

We endeavour to ensure item(s) reflect the order at the time of dispatch. Should you receive an item what you did not originally order then please contact returns on 0844 848 7878 where a member of the returns team will advise you on how to proceed with the return. You will need to provide us with the following information – your order number, your name and address, details of the product, and whether you would like a refund or exchange.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Payment And Taxes

We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card or the Total Watches gift vouchers.

Current payment methods we accept are Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, and Visa Electron. All transactions are shown in £ sterling.

We do not store or share with 3rd parties any personal or financial information that is provided in the process of payment.

Each price quoted on our website is quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) which is accurate at the time of publication. Where appropriate, all prices are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. On the occasion that your order is being sent to a member of state of the EC, then the selling price will include the current rate of VAT, which is 20.0%. Once the package reaches your destination country, any customs or import duties will be your responsibility as we cannot predict these and have no control over such charges.


We strive to provide correct information on our website and update this on a daily basis. However, despite all of our efforts it is possible some of the products on our site may be incorrectly priced.

If your items correct price is less than the price listed we will refund the difference.

If your items correct price is more than the price listed we will contact you to inform you of this error and require you to pay the difference before proceeding with the order. If we cannot contact you we will treat this as a cancelled order and notify you in writing. If the pricing error is obvious (for example £0 or a significant amount) that could have been recognised by you as a mispricing, we do not legally have to provide the item(s) to you at the incorrect (lower) price.

Style Bank

As a thank you for shopping with us we offer our loyal customers Style Bank Points. These points are awarded from purchases made on the Total Watches website to destinations within the EU, United States and Australia.

Our Guarantee To You

We take great care when approving orders to prevent fraudulent activity on our website, unfortunately in rare cases nothing can avoid this. Should your credit/debit card be used fraudulently as a direct result of being used to buy from our site, then we will assume liability for the first £50 of your loss. Your credit card company is obligated to take responsibility for the rest.

Total Watches endeavour to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active and list all items in our current range across this website. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock.

All delivery dates quoted on the Total Watches website are estimated and may be subject to change. We accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.

UK Delivery

All in stock items are usually despatched within 24 hours, to arrive with UK customers within three working days. If you have ordered an item that is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.

If an item is uncollected and returned to us the customer will be required to pay for the reshipment.

Under the rare circumstance that a parcel looks as though it has been damaged or opened, then the customer is required to sign that the package was not received in perfect condition.

Conformity of goods

The images on our website are provided by the manufacturers and are for illustration purposes only. Whilst we try every attempt to display these to the true representation of the products we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the item.

Our website shows a description of all goods being sold. Whilst there are no changes to the goods to be supplied, there is a small possibility that there may be some minor variations in relation to the description and/or specification of the goods. These variations arise by virtue of changes made by the manufacturers of the parts supplied which form part of the goods.

Disclaimer and limitations of liability

Shade Ltd does not seek to limit or exclude liability for personal injury or death arising from its negligence or that of its members’ agents, employees or directors for any fraudulent misrepresentation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, Shade Ltd or any associated company cannot be liable to you by reason of any representation, any warranty implied, any duty at common law, condition or other term, in negligence (whether on the part of Shade Ltd or any of its agents, directors, members, employees or otherwise), or under the express terms of the contract for any indirect consequential loss or damage (inclusive but not limited to loss of saving or loss of profit) expenses, costs or other claims for compensation whatsoever which may be a consequence of use of this website, their use or resale by you or the supply of products.

No person who is not a party to these terms and conditions will have any right to enforce such terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. These terms and conditions shall not affect nor are intended to affect any of statutory rights that may not be excluded legally.
