Delivery Policy

UK

All orders under £50 will be despatched via Royal Mail recorded delivery free of charge within the UK. Recorded delivery usually takes 2-3 days.

However if in the unlikely event your item is not delivered within this timescale the item is not considered lost until 15 working days has elapsed.

If you wish to express your delivery we provide several further options:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour Delivery £2.95

This service will aim to deliver within 48 hours. Please place your order before 5:15pm.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour Delivery £3.95

This service will aim to deliver within 24 hours. Please place your order before 5:15pm.

express courier £5.95

This service is guaranteed next working day before 6pm. Please place your order before 6pm.

With this service you also get the option to have a text alert which will allow you to choose delivery windows. Please see this page for more information: http://www.interlinkexpress.com/lp/predict/main/index.html.

This service does not deliver outside mainland uk,to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.

If you choose this method but your address cannot be serviced by the courier we reserve the right to change delivery method

special delivery £6.95

This service is guaranteed next working day before 1pm. (more often than not deliveries will also be done on the Saturday but this cannot be guaranteed). Please place your order before 5:15pm.

royal mail next day £15.95

This service is guaranteed next working day before 9am. Please place your order before 5:15pm.

saturday delivery £9.95 - fridays only

Please place your order before 5:30pm.

Worldwide Standard Delivery

All standard delivery parcels are dispatched via Royal Mail International Delivery which is a fully insured service. Upon dispatch, you will receive an email which will contain the tracking code for your parcel.

Royal Mail International parcels normally arrive up to 7-10 working days from the date of dispatch, however in the unlikely event your item is not delivered within this timescale; the item is not considered lost until 35 working days has elapsed.

After leaving the UK, your parcel will be handled and delivered by your local delivery service. You can find out who this is by going to http://postoffice.com/ and clicking on the name of your country – please reference your tracking code.

We offer Royal Mail International Delivery free of charge for orders over £85 and for £10for orders under £85.

Worldwide Expedited Delivery

All expedited delivery parcels are dispatched via Interlink. Upon dispatch, you will receive an email which will contain the tracking code for your parcel.

Interlink parcels normally arrive within 4-7 working days from the date of dispatch, however in the unlikely event your item is not delivered within this timescale; the item is not considered lost until 10 working days has elapsed.

We offer an upgrade to expedited delivery for £20 per order.

Important Information

We cannot be liable for any customs charges incurred once the parcel reaches your country. Any customs charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Total Watches has no control over these charges as customs policies change frequently. If you have any customs related questions you are advised to contact your local customs office.

A signature will always be requested upon receipt, however if you are not in when the driver arrives they will attempt to leave it in a safe place (i.e. protected from the elements and hidden from sight). If a safe place cannot be located, a card will be left with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery/collection of your order.
