Delivery Policy

UK ORDERS UNDER £75.00

Orders under £75.00 will be dispatched free of charge within the UK via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We advise that recorded delivery takes 3-4 working days.

In the unlikely event that your item is not delivered with the advised timescale, we do not consider the item lost until 15 working days have passed.

SHOULD YOU WISH TO EXPRESS YOUR DELIVERY:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour delivery is charged at £2.00.

When you order before 5.15pm GMT, this service aims to deliver your order within 48 hours.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour delivery is charged at £4.00.

Providing you place your order before 5.15pm GMT, this service aims to deliver your order within 24 hours from the time of dispatch.

Express Courier is charged at £6.00

Our express courier service guarantees delivery on a next working day service before 6pm, when you order before 5.15pm GMT.

Express courier service also gives customers the option to be alerted by text where you can then choose a delivery time window.

Please note that the express courier service does not deliver to PO Box addresses or outside of mainland UK and does not deliver to BFPO addresses.

Should you choose this delivery method, but your shipping address cannot be serviced by the courier, Total Watches reserves the right to change your method of delivery.

Special delivery is charged at £5.00

Our special delivery service guarantees delivery the next working day before 1pm GMT when you order before 5.15pm GMT. In most occasions deliveries will also be made on the Saturday, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Royal Mail Next Day delivery before 9am is charged at £16.00

Our Royal Mail Next Day delivery service guarantees delivery the next working day before 9am GMT, when you place your order before 5.15pm GMT.

Saturday delivery is charged at £8.00

When you place your order on a Friday before 5.30pm GMT, this service guarantees to deliver on Saturday before 1pm GMT.

UK FOR ORDERS OVER £75.00

Any orders over £75.00 are dispatched free of charge on our default next working day service.

This service is Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour delivery, and 98% guarantees next working day delivery before 6pm GMT, when you place your order before 5.15pm GMT.

SHOULD YOU WISH TO EXPRESS YOUR DELIVERY:

Express Courier is charged at £2.75

When you place your order before 6pm, the express courier service guarantees delivery the next working day before 6pm GMT.

Should you choose the express courier service, you will have the option to receive a text alert. This allows customers to choose a delivery time window.

Please note that the express courier service does not deliver to BFPO addresses, outside of mainland UK or to PO Box addresses.

Should you opt for express courier, but your address can be serviced by the courier, Total Watches reserves the right to change the delivery method.

Special Delivery is charged at £5.00

When you place your order before 5.30pm GMT, our special delivery service guarantees delivery the next working day before 1pm GMT. In most cases, this service will deliver on Saturdays, however this is not guaranteed.

Royal Mail Next Day Delivery is charged at £16.00

The Royal Mail next working day delivery service guarantees delivery before 9am GMT when you place your order before 5.15 GMT.

Saturday delivery is charged at £8.00

When you place your order before 5.30pm GMT on a Friday, this service guarantees delivery on Saturday before 1pm.

STANDARD WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

For orders over £85.00, this service is free of charge.

For orders under £85.00, an additional £10 is charged for Royal Mail International Delivery.

Every worldwide standard delivery parcel will be dispatched via our Royal Mail International Delivery service. You will receive an email containing the tracking code for your parcel upon dispatch. This is a fully insured service.

We advise that all Royal Mail International parcels take up to 7-10 working days from the date of dispatch. However, in the unlikely event that your order is not delivered within this timescale, Total Watches cannot consider your parcel lost until after 35 working days from the date of dispatch.

Your parcel will be delivered and handled by your local delivery service after the leaving the UK. If you are unsure of your local delivery service, you can check by clicking the name of your country and referencing your tracking code on http://postoffice.com/.

Worldwide Expedited Delivery is charged at £20 per order

Should you wish to expedite your delivery, your order will be dispatched via DPD Local. After your order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking code for your parcel via email.

We advise 4-7 working days from the date of dispatch for DPD local parcels to arrive. However, in the unlikely event that you do not receive your item within this time period, Total Watches cannot consider your item lost until after 10 working days.

Important Information

Once the parcel reaches your country, Total Watches cannot accept liability for any customs charges incurred. Total Watches has no control over such charges as customs policies often change frequently. We advise that you contact your local customs office in regards to any customs related queries.

Upon receipt of your order, a signature will always be requested. On the occasion that you are not in when the driver arrives, your item will attempt to be left in a safe place, for example hidden from sight and protected from elements). However if a safe place cannot be located, the driver will leave a card with instructions on how to organise a collection/redelivery of your order.
